2025 H.O.A. Board Elections are upon us

Ballots will be sent by 01 Dec 2024 to homeowners via email from "Election Buddy". Please ensure to check your SPAM/JUNK/TRASH folders.
If Archway does not have an email on file, a hard copy ballot will be mailed to you.
Updated Motorized Vehicle Policy
The updated Motor Vehicle Policy was recently updated. Please ensure you read through the policy for awareness.

Soccer Field Usage
- Soccer Field hours are from sunrise to sunset.
- The use of motorized vehicles is strictly forbidden
- Towing will be enforced
- Any special event must be approved by the H.O.A.
- Any use of ariel fireworks on H.O.A. property, including the soccer field, requires a pyrotechnics license, a liability insurance policy, a Pender County permit, & H.O.A. authorization.
Parking Passes for Boat Ramp
Parking passes were mailed to residents for homeowner use of the boat ramp and parking area.
All residents must have a parking sticker affixed to the inside of their vehicle windshield.

Towing will be enforced.
Residence formerly Known As 415 Knollwood Drive
The residence formerly known as 415 Knollwood Drive is now owned by Pender County. Due to extreme flooding during Hurricane Florence in 2018, FEMA designated this property as "green space". This lot cannot be built upon nor purchased. Any inquiries regarding this property should be directed to Pender County.
