Parking Passes for Boat Ramp

Parking passes were mailed to residents for homeowner use of the boat ramp and parking area. 

All residents must have a parking sticker affixed to the inside of their vehicle windshield.

The residence formerly known as 415 Knollwood Drive is now owned by Pender County.  Due to extreme flooding during Hurricane Florence in 2018, FEMA designated this property as "green space". This lot cannot be built upon nor purchased.
